[Gpca-atdwg] Yay we have a list

Hi all!
We have a new list for the Activist Training and Development WG.
For those of you who missed the meeting, please note the WG voted to
conduct most of its business via Slack, this list is just a backstop to
make us more accessible to the rest of the party.
Please make others aware who may wish to be included. (E.g. I know Angelina
Saucedo participated in the doodle poll but I can't find an email address
for her.)
