privitation effort by some of the board members - my dad the retired engineer has convince one board members to viote against it - through research he found fraud in the purposal

My dad(a dem.) the retired engineer did good  on the purposed privation Novato  water treatment plant. he found irregularities  on what was said they where paying contractors, and what they would pay them, from  the company that would take over from gov. running, in what he sees as good case of fraud, after reading the fine print of the purposed contract - ask him questions @ 415 897 4559 or jdquinley at msn.com, Navato and marin groups join on including the dems., s. club, and  navato  
enviro. group.
