[Marin-d] how the state LA stadium sell out, could effect the rest of the state

I know other have brought this up. but worth mentioning again

Was listening to ca. report, and how calif. Governor, , really showed repub. Roots, by him and dem. Dominated leg., ignoring la neighbors report for new football stadium, and the case apparently had good chance winging since the developer used old environ. Report for another project for that area, and tack this 1 on., so what did the dems. get in return for selling out a neighborhood I wonder? And can developers now expected stick any development anywhere in calif. By, bypassing local government and communities concerns and appealing directly to Sac.
