[officeholders] ANNOUNCE: Application period for GPCA Coordinating Committee elections

Dear Friend -- 


This is to announce the application period to fill four unscheduled vacancies on the GPCA Coordinating Committee <http://www.cagreens.org/committees/coordinating> by special election, for the remainder of two year terms running originally running from July 1, 2014 to June 30, 2016. 

Ranked choice vote elections will be held separately for two female seats <http://sga.cagreens.org/vote/irvdetail?pid=68> and two male seats <http://sga.cagreens.org/vote/irvdetail?pid=69> on the Coordinating Committee.

Applications will be taken through Monday evening, September 28 and should be sent here <mailto:applications at cagreens.org>; and must include a biography, along with what you wish to accomplish on the Coordinating Committee. As per GPCA Bylaws, elections will be by the Standing General Assembly (SGA), with a six-week discussion period from Monday, October 5 to Sunday, November 15 followed by a one-week vote, from Monday, November 15 to Sunday, November 21.
