Just give them time and wait it out. 
It's an unfortunate (but normal) phase.  After that settles things will excel. ba

I don't know about infighting outside of the CC, but there has
been a fair amount of infighting in the CC. And many CC members
deplore the infighting. But (as far as I know) no CC member
sees his own role in the infighting.
