[Sosfbay-discuss] Meeting To Review Proposals for YoloPlenary--Wednesday Evening Nov 16th

Those who volunteered to be delegates to the plenary should download the
preliminary proposals and attend this meeting. Anyone else who's interested
in participating in the decision process is welcome to attend.
