I picked this up today from Joe Navarro of the San Benito Green Party.   
The organization, LULAC, mentioned in the notice is the League of United 
Latin Amcerican Citizens.  The Stockton Chapter was leading the 
demonstrations there a couple of weeks ago working closely with the 
campaign of Pete McCloskey vs. Richard Pombo who voted for 4437.
