[Sosfbay-discuss] Plenary Agenda Packet Published; Meeting Needed to Discuss (and Ballot Measures)

The plenary agenda packet has (finally!) been published.
The four delegates need to meet to discuss items (platform proposals; GPUS  
affiliation agreement; etc.).
There still needs to be a general meeting to discuss ballot measures.
One meeting or two???
