The US government is planning on building the largest bioweapons facility in the world in Frederick, MD - a county of 200,000 people 40 miles from the White House.  The current Ft. Detrick has had repeated problems with security as well as with water, air and land pollution.  This immense facility may likely spur a bioweapons arms race.
