Howdy Jim,  

Thank you for the obvious work you've put in to move this issue forward
and to resolve this loophole.  It sounds like a good proposal.  But
didn't you mean Thursday meeting, not Tuesday (ie. our GPSCC meeting is
this Thursday)?  Please clarify.
