[Sosfbay-discuss] Discuss plenary issues at next Thursday's meeting?

So...  As of today, the agenda and proposals for the next state  meeting in 
San Francisco May 26-27th have not been publicly posted.  The  GPSCC can be 
expected to have four delegates.  At minimum, we need to  choose delegates and 
alternates at next Thursday's meeting and discuss how, if  at all, to instruct 
those delegates.  Warner
