At the peace march I went to a couple of weeks ago
the most common speech problem was somebody saying
"Vietnam" and then getting an "ooops" look on their face
and quickly adding "I meant Iraq." I saw it over and over,
on all kinds of people.

I never heard about people confusing "Korea" and "Vietnam",
but that doesn't mean it didn't happen.
