I just got this email from Sen. Kuehl's office with
the list of who to lobby(with their contact info) for
the Senate vote next week. We need officially 21 votes
to pass but it would be ideal to have all 25 Democrats
supporting Single Payer to keep the flame burning.
Thanks for helping this important cause. The whole US
is looking to us for leadership.

victory today!   SB 840 (Kuehl), The California
Universal Healthcare Act, passed the Senate
Appropriations Committee on a vote of 10-6.  SB 840
now heads to the Senate Floor for its first vote of
the year by the full Senate.  This will be the most
important vote so far this year.  It is urgent that
