The GPSCC has been invited by CAIR (Council on American-Islamic
Relations) to send a representative to their picnic on July 8th.
This representative will be able to speak for up to 15 minutes.

We need to decide if we want to send a representative and if
so, whom.

I hope this finds you in the best of health. Let me first thank you for
speaking with me earlier today.



Per our discussion, The Council on American-Islamic Relations, San
Francisco Bay Area Chapter (CAIR-SFBA) is pleased to invite a
representative from the Green Party to address the American Muslim
community at our 3rd Annual Picnic scheduled for Sunday, July 8th at the
Baylands Park in Sunnyvale from 11 AM to 4 PM.  Each year the picnic
draws in upwards of 500 guests from across the Bay Area including
Muslims community members and leaders, Interfaith leaders, and Public
officials. The theme for this event is ?2008 Elections: Know the Issues,
? where spokespeople from various political parties will provide a
general overview of the issues the party is focusing on, discuss
particular topics of concern to the American Muslim community, and the
names of the potential candidates for the 2008 elections. For this,
we?ve allocated 15 minutes per presenter.
