Tabling will be on Sunday, Tuesday, and Wednesday July 1, 3, and 4.
Sunday Noon to 9:00 pm
Tuesday 3pm to 10:30 pm
Wednesday noon to 10:30 pm

EARLY BIRD LOAD IN ON
Saturday JUNE 30TH THIS YEAR from 5 pm – 7 pm,
TAKE ADVANTAGE OF IT and save yourself a lot of waiting in line!

All spaces will be chalked, and marked. All booth spaces will have a
printed
sign, with your company name and space number. They are 10' X 10' areas
and,
in most instances, next to another vendor.

Paid parking is available at River Park Towers garage on Woz Way at West
San
Carlos, beginning at 8am . The other parking lot located at Woz Way and
Almaden Blvd is NOT available this year.

Vendor Credentials: There is no gate fee on July 4th therefore no
credentials needed. Please find enclosed 2 (per non food) and (4) per
food booth for
each day wristbands for in / outs on July 1st & 3rd..

Orange Music Instruments are good for July 1st. Green Day On The Meadow
Wristbands are good July 3rd.

VENDOR CHECK-OUT
The Fireworks will begin at approximately 9:40 p.m.
July 4!!! After the fireworks, the Band will perform until 10:30 p.m.
Hopefully the park will be clear by 11:00-11:30 p.m.

For those of you who want to make load out go faster,
you may at any time hand carry your products and walk them out of the park.
