Hey Warner,

Your proposal arrived too late for us to consider it
at the Tuesday evening County Council meeting, but we
can look at it at this Sunday's supplemental meeting. 
3:30-6pm at Jim Doyle's house.  

Green = "First secure your own mask, then help those
