I was curious about what that meant, so I came up with this little table:

February 2007 October 2007 Change Percentage Change
Elligable 1084404 1095441 0.01007539429 11037
Registered 685048 679825 -0.00768285956 -5223
Democrats 309320 306519 -0.00913809584 -2801
Republicans 186785 182203 -0.02514777473 -4582
American Independant 11816 11960 0.01204013378 144
Green 5214 5085 -0.02536873156 -129
Libertarian 3882 3847 -0.00909799844 -35
Peace & Freedom 1601 1647 0.02792956891 46
Decline to State 164310 166539 0.01338425234 2229
Other 2120 2025 -0.04691358025 -95

I know it's hard to read, but what it boils down to is that we and the
Republicans
both lost about 2.5%. Eligable Voters, AIP, and DTS all gained a bit
more than a percent.
Peace & Freedom was the big percentage gainer, growing almost 3%, or 46
voters.
The Libertarians and Democrats both lost a bit under a percent of their
membership.

My Dad was complaining to the checkout clerk at the grocery store about
the price of groceries. He said he told her he was going to quit eating.
