Hi all,

Not every state has an easy way to track things like voter
registration.  But assuming some similarity over the country, the vast
majority of new members is coming from the 20 - 30 y. group (like almost
half).  And most are new voters who are not defecting from other
parties. Is this similar elsewhere?

Who at the national level is overseeing the tracking of such data?
