[Sosfbay-discuss] Yet another ranking

There are so many lists ranking cities / metropolitan areas by some 
criteria or another that it is hard to keep up with them all or to take 
any of them very seriously.  However, I did find it interesting that, in 
a ranking of the "most literate cities" in the US, San Jose comes in at 
54 in 2007, down from 50th place last year but still well ahead of 
Stockton (69).

BTW, No.1 was Minneapolis, MN.  But then, what better to do in the 
Minnesota winter than to curl up with a good book. (don't answer).
