I don't have all the details, but I think it's a three day festival on 
Discovery Meadow in San Jose. We need volunteers for all shifts. I 
volunteered to coordinate, so please tell me which slots you want on 
this email thread.

I think just staffing that one event will tax us to the limit, and have
a noticeable ripple effect.
