Caroline relates her experience on the 4-th of July
and has a positive suggestion:

It might be helpful for *those of us who are tabling to have the phone 
numbers of the others *so,
if there is a mix-up or unexpected emergency, we can get backup. I was 
at the 4th of July thing
for 6 hours, mostly alone, and would have been glad of some company.
