[Sosfbay-discuss] The Cove

I had offered to drive a behemoth-full of people to see "The Cove"--a movie about dolphin killing in Japan--at Camera 3 on Friday night. Now, the Mercurey News has a lovely, whole page description of the film and its production, and says the film opens Friday, but doesn't say where or when. I called the Camera theaters (because the film is not listed in the movie listings section), listened to a long automated message listing all the movies, called their office number, got another automated message, left a message about there being a whole bunch of Green people who wanted to see the movie, along with my phone number. I scanned ALL of the movie listings for Santa Clara County and did not find the film listed. I am giving up on Friday night at this point. If "The Cove" is in town when I get back on August 16th, I will reconsider hauling a behemoth-full of people to see it.
