        Caroline--6 chairs, 2 tables, garbage can, cooler, rocks, paint, tablecloths, duct tape, canopy, schwag
        Jim--garbage can, cooler, 3 folding chairs, boxes, garbage bags napkins
        Valerie--chair, sign
        Carol--pa system, chairs, badminton, croquet
        Tian--frisbees
        Fred--charcoal, barbecue tools, balloons, plants, seeds
        Andrea--cooler, signs
        Merriam--compostible plates, "silverware", cups
        Anybody we haven't mentioned--schwag, including plants and seeds, cups, chips. bumper stickers, buttons


        Food

        Brian--watermelon
        Jim--juice boxes
        Drew--dessert from Laura Stec's book
        Merriam--baked beans
        Caroline--veggie dogs, turkey dogs, drinks
        Carol--COOKIES, condiments
        Valerie--chopped onions
        Tian--buns
        Anybody we haven't mentioned--crudites and/or fruit would be nice

        Schedule of events

        8:00-8:30--Caroline, Mitchell, Samira, Andrea--grab tables, space, start setting up
        9:00--Drew. set up schwag and Green Party table
        9:30--Valerie--set up painting table
                 Jim will come and make an ice run
        9:45--Carol--set up games
        10:00--let the games begin!
        10:30--Fred and son will come and start the barbecuing
        11:00 Tian will come, bearing frisbees and buns
        11:30--start serving food
        12:00-12:30 Music by Tovah Strong to help get people into the amphitheater
        12:30--Tian--Change We Can Believe In
        12:45-1:45--Laura Stec--Cool Cuisine
        1:45-2:05--Joyce______--Cement Company Emissions
        2:05-2:30--Lynn Huidekoper and Nancy Neff giving an update on Single Payer Health Care and Fair Elections
        2:30-3:15--Steve Kline--Marriage Equality
        3:15-5:00 Schmoozing and playing around
        5:00-? Clean up the park

        Additional information and needs:
         DOES ANYBODY HAVE A PORTABLE GENERATOR?  Does anybody (other than Carol) have a portable PA system?

        Merriam is putting an ad in the METRO!
        Andrea will ask the Raging Grannies if they could add some extra fun and spice to the proceedings.
