I may need to send another message later today, but this is a quick one 
to remind
you to bring your desserts and to plan well to be able to set up your 
tables between
9 AM and 10 AM when* the doors open an hour earlier* than in recent years.

We probably need more help with clean up rather than more people for set 
up,
if there is anyone in your group who has not already been asked to help 
with the
overall work of the HPF on Saturday.

We had seven high school student volunteers signed up for the morning 
and seven
or the afternoon -- even before three schools' clubs had their meetings 
today so
SEND ME WORD IF YOU ALREADY KNOW YOU WILL NEED HELP
(and/or would be glad to educate students about your group by having 
them help you!)  
Madalyn Perrine is coordinating the recruitment and will work with the 
students in the morning. 
She will try to check with you about your needs but you can find her 
most of the time in the
lobby at the Student Volunteers Sign-In table.

We probably still need someone to coordinate student volunteers in the 
afternoon (1-5 PM)
 so if you have someone in your group who would be good at that even 
asking them at the last
minute, please let me know (check with the person re our possible need, 
please).

Likewise for afternoon overseeing of children's activities -- we MAY 
need someone to work
with student volunteers to entertain children from 1:30 - 4 PM. Let me 
know after you check
with possible person(s) in your group.
