Hey All

Jeff Milchen, a small business advocate who head's an organization
called AMIBA, wrote an excellent op/ed piece in today's San Francisco
Chronicle.  Jeff came and spoke at several towns in Northern California
two years ago about many of the issues that we see today in
overdevelopment of retailing.  It details many of the elements of the
current collapse in retail spending and what that means for our cities
and communities.  Our own Cal HCN was listed as a resource for folks
interested in planning issues.  Both the State Green Party and Solano
Greens were founding organizations of Cal HCN.
