Please Forward Far & Wide

_________________________________________________________________

Below are the demands
if you consider endorsing the
Justice4OscarGrant Campaign:

1) Jail BART police officer Johannes Mehserle,
Tony Pirone and the other BART cops who assisted in the killing.

2) End the BART cover-up—open a public investigation of the murder.

 >3) Disarm the BART Police.

4) BART police out of Oakland.

5) Lock up and charge the killer cops, not the
protesters. Drop all charges against the protesters now.

The Bart Police Murder
of Black Youth Oscar Grant III
on New Year's day, Oakland CA
is NOT SOLVED !

http://groups.yahoo.com/group/Justice4Oscar_GRANT/

Dear Friends,
Freedom Activists & Allies,

Oscar Grant III's killing in cold blood, one
single shot in the back by Bay Area Rapid Transit
(BART) at Fruitvale Station on New Year's day at 2 am

is NOT a solved murder...

The arrest (1-13-09) of officer Johannes Mehserle
who pulled the trigger on an innocent, unarmed
young man, 22, (father of 4 yr. baby-girl
Tatiana), handcuffed and face down on the pavement,
virtually exonerates the 3 other officers too
busy confiscating cell phones of horrified
onlookers instead of applying CPR on a dying man.
Although he was heard pleading:

"Please don't shoot me !"
"Please don't Tase me !"
"I have a young daughter !"

Officer Tony Pirone punched Oscar Grant and had
his knee on Oscar's head when Mehserle shot Oscar in the back.
Yet, the DA is not considering any charges on Pirone.
