[Sosfbay-discuss] Water Restrictions

The City of Morgan Hill has instituted some water restrictions.  These 
include not watering between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM on any day and not 
watering on Monday's and Thursday's at all.

I find it interesting that one of my neighbors, people who jobs (he is a 
police detective and she is a school teacher) would seem to indicate 
more than a passing interest in setting a good example to the community, 
have so far totally ignored this even though it has been communicated 
several times (newspaper, flier/ report mailed to all citizens, 
inclusion with water bill).

Such is live in California.
