"Effective"?  Is that what they call it?  

The PDA elected a president who promised little and ignored even that little that he did promise.  

And--given the state of the economy--when these pointless reenactors of the Clinton administration get to their first offyear election, they won't be able to convince their base to turn out in the numbers they need.  

And the PDA will have ended up contributing more Newt Gingrichs.  

Though probably even goofier ones....
