Sure, the WH will be really impressed with a failed denial of service attack.
(Not.)  It's a good thing these morons aren't going to make a dent.
Civil disobedience means getting prosecuted, and the morons really
don't want to find out the penalties available for persecuting
abusers of that particular network segment.
