[Sosfbay-discuss] Call for Delegates/Allternates for Oct 10-11 Plenary; Deadline Sept 15th

This is a followup to an item from last Wednesday's GPSCC  general meeting 
--
 
We are looking for GPSCC members to volunteer to be Delegates  or 
alternates from our county to attend and participate in the GPCA state  meeting in 
Cotati, CA, Saturday-Sunday October 10-11th.  Delegates have the  
responsibility to vote on matters where votes are taken; Alternates sustitute  for 
missing Delegates.  The GPSCC has four Delegates.
 
Our County Council has the responsibility for reporting our  Delegates and 
Alternates.  The GPSCC CC will be meeting September 17th and  would like to 
be able to finalize our list at that time.  At our September  3rd meeting, 
the following individuals volunteered for the following  positions:
 
Delegates:  Jim Stauffer; Andrea Dorrey; Warner  Bloomberg
Alternates:  Dana St. George  (Valerie Face has  volunteered to be an 
Alternate on Sunday, only)
 
If you would like to volunteer to be a Delegate or Alternate,  contact 
GPSCC County Council members or write to this list.  A copy of the  prposed 
agenda can be obtained via cagreens.org/plenary using the general  password.  If 
you do not know the password, contact a County Council member  or other 
long term activist.  The password is not communicated by  email.
 
We will have our usual agenda review meeting 2-4 pm Saturday  October 3rd 
to prepare recommendations for the October 7th GPSCC meeting.   Delegates and 
Alternates are strongly encouraged to attend this  meeting.
