**please note that the Candidate Questionnaire previously emailed had an
incorrect return date
of September 22. It is actually August 5th.

Fellow Greens,

Please advise me, as co-coordinator of Candidates & Candidates Working
Group (CCWG) whether you are aware of any local candidates running for
non-partisan office in your area?. I believe the deadline for filing is
August 6th.

We have some funds available (very little!) and our working group can
make recommendations to the Campaign Fund Support Committee (CFSC) who
will make final allocation decisions. CCWG's next teleconference is
August 11th, and we hope to have our final recommendations ready by that
point.

The candidates must have their local party endorsement and must provide
an FPCC # if applicable. ($1,000 in contributions or more)

I've attached a Questionnaire that the CFSC will be using to help
determine fund allocations. Please provide that to new candidates in
your area. Please let them know that we'd like to have the completed
Questionnaires by August 5th. Let me know who the candidates are and
what office they are running for. Its even better to give me their
contact info or have them contact me directly at:
