[GPSCC-chat] LA State Police Working for BP

A guy from Ducks Unlimited was making a video across the road from a BP facility.  
A Louisiana State Police officer strongly suggested that he not film, because BP
didn't want any filming.  Later he pulled the activist's car over and a BP security 
officer that was with him interrogated the guy for 20 minutes.  Then they tailed
him for 20 miles.
