Listening to KQED this morning, on both KQED Forum
and NPR Talk of the Nation, it seemed that there
was little to be known about Kagan, but all in all
she's ok.

And then there is Norman Solomon's article ...

Anybody know any more useful articles about Kagan?

Her nomination will make a difference to the SC
for a long time to come.

Patrick Leahy (D-VT), chair of the Senate
Judiciary Committee, expects she will be confirmed.
