FYI ...

As you may know already, both Props 23 and 26 are relevant
to global warming.  At the moment Prop 23 has a good lead,
9but it could vanish by election day.  And Prop 26 is close.

I have been told there is a lot of moeny from oil companies
and other companies (alcohol, tobacco?!?) to pass Prop 26.

Below is a recent email with info from the "No on Prop 23"
campaign about Props 23 and 26.  It also has a request for
a final GOTV effort.
