San  Jose Peace and Justice Center, 48 South 7th Street, San Jose,  CA

6:30  pm – Eat and chat 
7:30  pm – Begin meeting  
Select  Facilitator, Notetaker, Timekeeper, and Vibeswatcher(s), Select 
Agenda Preparer  for next meeting (5 Minutes)  
Introductions  and Announcements (10 Minutes)  
Treasurer’s  Report (5 Minutes)  
General  Discussion about November 2nd Electon Results (10  Minutes) 
Need  to recruit new regional Coordinating Council member and alternate (10 
 minutes)  
Review  upcoming tabling events (see list below); Report on status of 
tabling materials  and supplies  -- Jim Doyle (15  Minutes) 
Discuss  priorities, namely
1) candidates, campaigning for them, funding  them
2)  along the way voter registration, activists, funding
that in  view of  the next (partisan) elections inFebruary and June of 2012 
which  are
only some 475 days and  600 days away --
Invited speakers - what  will we do with the information they provide us in 
furthering the  priorities?

Tabling Events  Addenda – Needed for each item (not necessarily all at this

Holiday Peace  Fair – Saturday December 4th San Jose

Need volunteeers for set up, clean up, dessert item. volunteer  to attend 
the planning meeting on 11-6.
Line up tablers, line up sale  items.    
Tabling  at Junior State on Saturday November 20-th. Need to discuss crew 
and  materials.
