   FixCongressNow.org reports that the federal public campaign finance legislation HR 1826 
has been passed by the House Committee on Administration. http://www.fixcongressfirst.org/blog/entry/great-news-and-a-call-to-arms/
  This is an early report--I find nothing on this action in news, or on Thomas.
   According to FairElectionsNow.org, co-sponsors include Farr, Woolsey, Miller, Lofgren,Honda, Lee, Spier, Stark, Garamendi, McNerney, and Eshoo.
