After going back to my original link and finding the home page and after listening to the kpfa news and finding out that it is the 5th tour (not the first), I would suggest going here http://www.teapartyexpress.org/    and here  http://www.teapartyexpress.org/tour-schedule/    to find more information on this year's Tea Party Tour.  Note that they did include the year this time, at least on their home page.  Napa is the only stop in CA this year.   Then if you go to the Events page located here: http://www.teapartypatriots.org/Today.aspx  you will find a complete up to date calendar which includes a few rallies happening in CA within the next month.  There are also some suspicious looking individuals who appear to be heads of environmental orgs who are giving talks, very odd.
This would be consistent with the philosophies expressed in the Tea Party backed movie Not Evil, Just Wrong, an "environmental" movie from the Tea Party perspective.  We should show it sometime for movie night, though we have to pay something like $85 for the rights to show it publicly. That is all for now.

Has anyone heard of plans for the Tea Party to tour near the Bay Area?
All I know is that on the news last night they were blabblering about a
gathering happening in Napa where there were some Green Party
counterdemonstrators.  I Googled for the Tea Party Tour and this is
what I can find: http://www.teapartyexpress.org/tour-schedule-1/ .
Hopefully the Tea Party organizers are as lame brained as this web site
is.  They don't list Napa on the schedule and they don't even state
what year their tour is occurring in!   This could be a 2010 tour for
all I know.  Good luck.
