Sanda and Gloria from San Mateo want to do something with us. Having a picnic was mentioned at the June meeting, but it wasn't mentioned at the July meeting. I invited Sanda and Gloria to come to our meeting tomorrow night to talk about a picnic. SO, can we put picnic on the agenda rather early? I'll talk. Might take 10 minutes, or, if they don't come and nobody else cares, it might take 30 seconds.

Hi everyone,

At last month's meeting I volunteered to prepare the agenda for our July meeting.  Please send agenda items to this list.  Include the name of the presenter (if it's not you) and an estimate of the amount of time needed.  Remember that if you have a detailed proposal it's better to submit it sooner rather than later so everyone has time to read and consider it.

Right now I just have our standard initial agenda items:

*  Revise and affirm agenda

*  Treasurer's report, pass the hat
