[GPSCC-chat] Media and the People's Budget

According to FAIR, (Fairness and Accuracy in Reporting),
the media is talking a lot about the Ryan budget proposal,
but NOT the "People's Budget" proposal, (from the
Progressive Caucus.)

So FAIR is collecting "signatures" to push media into
more balanced reporting:
