And Rachel Maddow spent time on something worse in Pennsylvania.  
Setting up a single office, one person, with the authority to set aside 
any regulation, and law, any permit process in the state if they deem it 
would have a negative affect on jobs.  So, no matter what what the 
public wants, one coal industry support individual can just set it 
aside.  Such regulation was in the Governor's budget.
