Tabling coordinators
    tabling coordinators are needed for
       Junior State   -  Saturday, April 9-th  time to be announced
       Earth Day     -  Thursday, April 21st, 10:00am to 2:00pm.
       Berryessa Art and Wine Festival - Saturday May 7-th  -  10 am to 5 pm
       Juneteenth     -  June 18-th and 19-th  -  noon to 7 pm
    preparation of some literature specific to those events

    goal  -  an object or end that one strives to attain   (from 
Webster's dictionary)

       a list of "goals" has been produced
       but without striving to attain they are only aims
       striving to attain needs a quantity, a timeline, and a workforce

    realistic - tending to face facts; practical rather than visionary   
(from Webster's dictionary)
       for us this means considering the available workforce
       or more specifically, how much available time the workforce has

    hence, an agenda item for the determination of available time of our 
workforce
    as a prelude to the setting of realistic goals
