       The Occupy San Jose group (http://occupysj.org 
<http://occupysj.org/>) has received an eviction notice effective today, 
Oct. 7.  They are asking people to call and protest.  Their web site 
gives contact information copied below.  The evictions had not begun 
when I was there around 7:45 PM but could already have taken place or be 
in progress.
