Hi, Tian, et al.:


       Perhaps this should be an agenda item for a future meeting?  I'm 
happy doing what people want, but I hesitate to make too many changes 
without group input.  (I'm happy to make the changes that other people 
want, but I don't want to take the time to create ideas about what 
should or should not be there, and I'm not eager to take the lead in 
organizing the discussions.)
