[GPSCC-chat] Tim Geithner before House Financial Services Committee

It appears that Geithner knew (while president of the Federal Reserve Bank of NY) in 
2009 about the Libor rate-fixing scandal and did nothing.  He is currently Obama's
Sec'y of the Treasury.  There have been suggestion that he is facing potential
criminal liability as the DoJ begins its investigations.

Geithner appears before the House Financial Services Committee tomorrow.
