The Jill Stein campaign has done a good job trying to
get enough donations to qualify for matching funds.
They are almost there with about 60 hours to go.
According to my calculations, they could theoretically
do it with only 17 more donations ($250 each from the
right states).  That seems pretty close to me.

I notice that the total dollar amount they have received
is more than enough, it's just the geographical
distribution is not yet enough.

Anyone know when and why this system was created?
