A resolution supporting a constitutional amendment "to firmly 
establish that money is not speech, and that human beings, not 
corporations, are persons entitled to constitutional rights." will be 
proposed to the City Council.  Be there to urge the Council to vote yes 
on the resolution.  Small signs (12" x 12") are acceptable.
