FYI,

Ballot measures in Montana and Colorado about restricting
corporations are winning 3:1 :

NOTE: Despite the headline on the Common Dreams article,
it appears to me that only the Montana initiative states
that corporations don't have constitutional rights.
Also the Colorado measure has no legal force, it is
just symbolic.
