5:30 - 7 PM at the San Jose Peace and Justice Center, 48 S. 7th Street

Please let us know if no one from your organization can attend the meeting and you are planning to participate on December 1 but have not yet sent the table sign-up form and check to Lois Fiedler.

And if you know of any other groups planning to participate in the HPF but who may not have the information they need, please Reply to this message with as much of their contact info as you know.

Also if you need printed flyers and/or tickets, please Reply to this message if no one from your group can pick them up from the SJPJC (open 4-7 PM weekdays, but call ahead to be sure supplies are adequate for your needs -- 408-299-7299)

Color flyers for you to send to your members to follow in later message (Tuesday?)
