I heard on NBC Nightly News that the Red Cross is not getting relief into some of the areas where it is needed most. The poor people are being neglected obviously.  I figure that Food Not Bombs is set up to help the poor, so they will be more effective at getting aid to where it is needed most.  There was another storm after Sandy with more rain and snow than Sandy, so people are hurting all over again, if they even got bailed out the first time.
