       Can we do that on a vote of the County Council?


       Also, would someone like Gerry or Caroline draft a brief 
statement that you'd like on our web site -- preferably at least one 
link that's positive and one that's negative with a very few words 
explaining why we support the positive and either ignore the negative or 
reinterpret it positively?  Then if the resolution gets a consensus of 
the County Council (Jim, Merriam, Drew, John and me), I'll have 
instructions I can easily understand regarding what I should do to put 
that info on the web site.
